At heart, we at Spoke HS love to create and connect with our communities. This led us to envisioning a way to modernize a dreary and, more often than not, frustrating process of finding, renting, and managing affordable housing.
With over 20 years of experience managing inclusionary housing, we understand the hurdles in the application process, constant ongoing compliance monitoring, and annual auditing, as we’ve lived these troubles firsthand.
